Welcome, and thank you for reaching out. I am a bachelor-degree educated, evidence-based, Clinical Nutritionist who provides holistic nutritional care, focusing on your unique individual health journey, past and present.
During our initial nutritional consultation, we will look together at all aspects of your health in order to start to assess your nutritionally needs and which health goals you would like to prioritise and work on. This takes around 1 hour 45 minutes. As we continue to work together, follow up appointments are around 45 minutes. Supplements are sometimes prescribed and are used only when necessary.
I offer telehealth appointments (online using ZOOM) Thursday and Fridays. Other days and times are available by arrangement.
