Dig Deep

When you start feeling “off” or not right, it’s our bodies way to remind us that it may be time to address something underlying. Take some time… sit down, close your eyes, do some deep breathing and “ask” yourself, what do I need to know…. The brain is a fantastic fixer! I usually find at the most unexpecting time (not always the same day either), “something” occurs to me and an ah-ha moment follows…. so when you feel “off” “heavy” or similar its time to dig deep.
