As a Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique Practitioner, we use the word SIX a lot…  if you have ever had a treatment session by us, you will know that we work using Active Healing.  That means we hold you responsible for your health.  If you want to be well, then you have to take action.  As your practitioner we will, of course, hold you accountible to what you do, and specifically with your approach to the SIX Essentials.

So what are the SIX Essentials in life?

  1. What you eat
  2. What you drink
  3. How you exercise
  4. How you rest
  5. How you breath
  6. What you think

As we go through life, we pick up patterns that quite often are non-serving to today’s living.  Events, traumas occur.  Stuff happens.  It changes us and we end up holding on to lessons that are no longer relevant to today’s requirements.

How can the SIX Essentials in Life help us with that?

Firstly, by taking charge and getting into a routine with all SIX we start taking charge of our physical body.  Being responsible for our own health is not only all empowering, it moves you into a place of self-power and self-leadership.  We relinquish the victim mode, throw away the “it’s happening to me” and move into “it’s happening for me”.

So next time life throws a curve ball at you, start by addressing the SIX essentials in life and see how you are able to regain control and take charge over your own self once more.
