First-Rate Hydrate
“Water, water everywhere, Nor any drop to drink”
Talking with my clients, forgetting to drink water is a frequent cat-call. So my tip is this – when you first get up in the morning, set yourself up for success.
Prepare your drinking water like you would your meals. Have 2 litres ready to suit your day (however it suits.. 4 x 500ml bottles ready, one big glass bottle next to the desk with a pretty glass
Take some time to rehydrate your cells and your body (especially your skin) will thank you for it.
