Who are you “proving yourself” to?

It is quite common to think that we need to prove ourselves. This concept is usually used to drive us forward into the BEST version of ourselves, smashing the self-limiting barriers and showing up eager to learn and to achieve.

There is a but. (It’s not a big one, but it’s there, lurking in the background).

Before we get stuck into pushing yourself and proving yourself, sit back and ask yourself a question. Who am I doing this for? Is this true for me, or is it limiting self-belief that I am desperately hanging onto to try and be the person people want me to be?

When we question deeply, using our heart space, we usually can tap into who we authentically are. Initially, this can appear confusing, however, the more you tap into this space for answers, the clearer the responses become.

Proving yourself, pushing yourself, believing in yourself when applied with integrity and authenticity is the ultimate synergy of powerful change.
