Connection is the name of the game
So today I reacquainted myself with an old friend called LinkedIn.
LinkedIn, I decided approx. 3 years ago, was a step too far for posting memes, blogs and pictures and Facebook, after my website, became the priority social networking space.
However, what I discounted was the power of being connected with people on so many levels. LinkedIn is GREAT for seeing the pattern of people connection and I really had not appreciated how compelling that visual is.
Social media is always a juggling act. Constantly I find I am pulling between being mindful of my time online and using the amazing power of being at service whilst connected to so many people. It’s a juggle that most of us can relate to. So, after speaking with many social media guru’s, I decided to check out Linked In again and I am a little bit enamored! I have not only set up my own profile, but our business page too.
There are sooooo many channels for getting free content to people who might just need to hear how to make life changes to affect positive future health.
My mission, my goal, my purpose and my WHY is to share a different approach to health that is gentle, easy to apply and works! Thank you Linked In for the opportunity to embrace your fabulous network.
