Rushing from Task to Task

In a busy day, it is easy to literally run from one task into another, ticking things off the to-do list, getting productivity going smoothly. The upside is you get heaps done. The downside is, it can start to burn you out, you finish work, you need to just crash out. Keeping up momentum during a busy day is helped if you take a moment after a task is completed, to just sit for a minute or two. Close you eyes, cocnetrate on your breath and let the last task settle before the new task begins. Try it! Let me know what you think!
