Turmeric Scrambled Egg Recipe

Turmeric has many medicinal properties and my Turmeric blog Part 1 (coming soon!) delves into what turmeric is, it’s historic, traditional and medicinal uses and the wonderful nutrients that turmeric has to offer.  (Part 2 will be coming next week!).

Turmeric is easy to add into soups, bone broths, dressings, curries, teas etc.  When I found this breakfast/brunch recipe on BBC Good Food Website, I knew I was onto a winner. Turmeric for breakfast?! Why not!

For this recipe, I add in some ground black pepper into the eggs to release the magic in the curcumin.  Give it try, your health will thank you for it.
