Four ways to rest

When you sleep well, your body has a chance to repair, renew and rest. The quality of your sleep is just as important as the quantity. Have a soak in some magnesium salts, warm your feet, unplug from “blue light” and write/draw your thoughts out of your head and into your journal. Give thanks to all and send love. Then rest peacefully.
