Sounds like a bit of a cliche, right? If it were that easy then we’d all be doing it, right? And of course, it is not easy. It is SIMPLE advice, but simple and easy are not the same thing in any shape or form.
So why write a mini-blog about something that nearly all people are struggling with? And this is my reason… it’s easy to write off something without trying it BECAUSE it is not fixable immediately .. Hey! why should everything be fixed perfectly and all at once anyway? From my experience life rarely works that way, so why use that as an excuse not to try?
In fact, I would recommend that you start TODAY with something that isn’t overly confrontational and might actually be easier to start finding our peace. Start tight there. Consider it practise. And it is so important to practise each and every day because WHEN we make peace, we become more peaceful.. and the more people that are peaceful in our circle must be a good thing, I have rarely found otherwise.
So my top tip towards finding more peace in your life is to start with something manageable and practise practise practise. Your health will eventually thank you for it.
