Are you the Reluctant “Changer”?

Are you the type of person who LOVES change or are you a reluctant participant in the process?

Having your hand forced into making a change is not always welcoming to everyone. However, life evolves and embracing the new and letting go of the old is something that always brings lessons, ideas, creativity and fresh beginnings. Which is always something to celebrate.  

When an unwelcome change is thrust upon you, reframing your mindset is really important.  Change is not bad, it is simply “different”.  With the embracing of change will come new learning.  It’s important to not put yourself under undue pressure right at that moment too.

Give yourself time to learn the new process; new pathways are being formed within your nervous system as well as in your actual life.  Give yourself time to acquaint yourself with the new and give yourself a chance to like as well critique the new.  Because if we don’t know what we don’t like, how do we know what we do.  That way we learn more about our own wants and needs from embracing the change and learning from it.
