1 Minute Wonder – Wellbeing Strategies – Go for a Walk
Walking – we only ever think about it as going from one place to another – I am going to recommend that you build a 15 minute walk into your daily routine. Swing your arms, get the right side and left side of your body and brain communicating and connecting… think about the 5 senses, feel, even taste, the breeze, smell the outdoors and fresh air, see the beautiful clouds and horizon and hear the rustling of the leaves. Really brings us back into the moment of just NOW.
