Intentions vs Goals

As the new year kicks into gear, many of us have made plans how to shake things up by setting new goals. Now for some this will be an exciting time where you embrace your new challenge. However, it is easy to get overwhelmed. I am going to make a recommendation to you – change the verbiage around your goal setting. Instead of setting a GOAL – set an intention. As soon as you change the wording, you change the feeling. Instead of something you have to do, it becomes something intentional in your life. Stopping us from going into overwhelm and helps us focus on the task in hand instead.
