10 ways to start a brand new day!
1. Go watch the sunrise. This is a wonderful way to re energise and awaken the senses. There is something incredibly uplifting and inspiring about watching the sun rise regally over the curvature of the earth.
2. Take a 15 minute stroll in your favourite place. Walk with intention, breathing rhythmically whilst swinging opposite arms to legs. This technique really switches on all the areas of your mind, leaving you invigorated and ready for anything.
3. Reacquaint yourself with your 5 senses. Sit outside for 5 minutes and listen to the birds, feel the wind across your skin, taste the freshness of the air, touch the grass with your bare feet, see the beauty of nature all around. Be mindful and stay present. The rest of it the day can wait for a while until your moment is completed.

5. Be present and think. Remove all electronics from your sleeping space the night before, and when you awake, just lie there waking up slowly, focusing on your breathing pattern. Gently get up when you are ready, drink a cup of warm water with fresh lemon, and just enjoy the 20 minutes of quietness happening right now.
6. Complete a 20 minute yoga session. Yoga is a wonderful gentle way of centralising and grounding. Find a yoga session that you can do at home, or hop online and head out to an early local class.
7. Visualisation. Sit in a comfortable space and let your shoulders and body relax. See what you need to do today and visualise yourself successfully completing each task. Feel how that makes you feel. Step into that emotional state and start building inspiration to reach the successful completion of your tasks ahead. From inspiration creation begins.

9.Meet up with friends. Get up one hour early, leave the house and spend some time laughing and chatting with the people that you love most in the world. You will feel happy and loved (as well as impacting your friend’s start to the day too)
10.Take Time. Spend 5 minutes mentally running through every single part of your life that you are thankful and grateful for. When we step into a state of gratitude, we are most congruent with the natural earth’s energy which allows positivity to come rushing forward. Make your mental list and remind yourself often why life is worth living to the fullest each and every morning.
